Many people see this as a magical experience, as you can really imagine how life would have been, staying in the jungle where the Mayan people also lived.
You're in the jungle
Remember that you’re staying in the heart of the jungle. This has some cool advantages, but there are also a few other things to keep in mind.
There might not always be electricity, hot water, or other things you take for granted in a city.
And, for most people the most difficult thing: animals. There are animals that wake up during the night, being louder than ever. And there are also creepy crawly animals. You’re in their territory and if you spot one of them in your room, that doesn’t mean that the room is not clean!
You get easy access to the ruins
By spending the night inside the National Park means that you’re already there when the tourist buses still need to start their engines to pick up the other visitors.
You have access to sunrise views over the ruins and you can manage to visit the temples even before the masses arrive.
